KHARTOUM, Sudan (Reuters) — Militias backed by Sudan’s government recently killed 21 people in a West Darfur village, Sudanese rebels said Sunday.
The rebels said the militias were headed by Al-Hadi Adam Hamid, an army officer. The army said it was unclear who had attacked the village, Sureif Judad.
